1Our Role

ChairGrab.com is a listing and advertising platform only. We provide a digital space where salon owners ("Listers") can post available salon chairs and spaces for rent, and where interested parties ("Renters") can browse and connect with them. We are not a party to any rental agreement or transaction between Listers and Renters. We do not vet, endorse, or guarantee any listing, and we are not responsible for the actions, omissions, or agreements made by users of the platform.

2User Information and Responsibility

To post a listing or to respond to a listing, users must provide accurate and complete contact information, including (but not limited to) name, phone number, email address, and location of the salon chair or space. We do not verify, screen, or vet any of the information submitted by users.

By submitting information to the Site, you represent and warrant that:

• All information you provide is true, accurate, and not misleading;
• You have the right to post such information;
• Your listing or inquiry complies with applicable laws and regulations.

We are not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or legitimacy of any information provided by users, and we make no representations regarding the quality, safety, legality, or availability of any listings or individuals using the Site.

Users assume full responsibility for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any rental agreement or transaction with another party found through the Site.

3Listing and Fees

Listers may post available salon chairs and spaces for a non-refundable listing fee. The listing fee amount will be clearly stated prior to purchase. We reserve the right to change our fee structure at any time.

Listings must comply with the following:

• Be truthful, accurate, and not misleading
• Include valid contact information
• Not contain offensive, illegal, or copyrighted content

We reserve the right to reject or remove any listing at our sole discretion.

4No Guarantees

We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or truthfulness of the listings, nor do we guarantee that Listers or Renters will fulfill any agreements or complete transactions.

5Release of Liability

By using this Site, you agree to release, waive, and hold harmless ChairGrab.com, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, damages, or losses arising out of or related to:

• Listings or rentals posted on the Site
• Interactions or transactions between Listers and Renters
• Damages, injuries, or disputes occurring in or around any rental location
• Any alleged breach of contract or failure to perform by any party

You acknowledge and agree that you assume all risks associated with using the Site and engaging in any agreements or transactions facilitated by the listings.

6Prohibited Use

Users may not use the Site:

• To engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities
• To violate any local, state, or federal law
• To spam, harass, or impersonate others
• To upload malware or malicious code

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account that violates these Terms.

7Intellectual Property

All content and materials on the Site, excluding user-provided content, are the intellectual property of ChairGrab.com and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our express written permission.

8Modifications to the Site

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Site (or any part of it) at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

9Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties or representations regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is at your sole risk.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
