Frequently Asked Questions
- How much does it cost to post a listing on ChairGrab? Posting costs a one-time $5 fee per listing. There is no subscription and no monthly charge. Browsing, searching, and contacting listers is always free.
- What does the $5 listing fee include? One published listing for a salon chair, booth, suite, station, or room for rent, or one salon job posting. Your listing stays live for at least 30 days from the day it is published (unless you remove it), and editing it is free.
- How do I pay, and is it secure? At the end of creating your listing you are taken to a secure Stripe checkout page to pay by card (or another method Stripe offers). ChairGrab never sees or stores your full card number.
- When does my listing go live? As soon as your payment goes through. If you leave checkout without paying, your listing is saved as an unpaid draft for 7 days and then deleted.
- Can I get a refund? The listing fee is non-refundable once your listing is published. If you were charged twice for the same listing, or were charged but your listing did not publish, email Support@chairgrab.com within 30 days and we will refund it.
- Do I need an account to post? No. You can post without an account, but signing up first lets you edit, hide, or delete your listing later from your profile.
- Is it free to find a chair or a salon job? Yes. Searching listings, browsing city pages, using our AI assistant, and contacting salon owners are all free. Each listing shows the owner’s contact details.
- Can I use an AI assistant to find or post listings? Yes. Ask Chairry, the chat assistant on our site, to find listings by describing what you need. AI agents can also search and post through our public API and MCP server; a listing created by an agent goes live after the listing fee is paid using the checkout link it receives.
